MACHINE DESCRIPTION:
The QUICK TURN SMART 200M CNC Turning Center provides high performance and unsurpassed production value for small to medium-sized parts. As an (M) configuration, the machine adds milling, drilling and tapping to its turning capability. This gives the machine Multi-Tasking abilities for even shorter part processing times.
The machine is equipped with the SMART CNC control system for easy operation and programming. In addition, the Smart CNC, utilizes both EIA/ISO format program codes and Mazatrol conversational programming. The machine features the new Mazak MX Hybrid Roller Guide System, which dampens vibration, extending tool life, and accelerates and decelerates faster, to shorten cycle times.
